Leslie & Marvin Gay, Owners of Painting with a Twist graciously hosted Fulfill Your Destiny for a Painting with a Purpose painting class on November 16, 2012 at their 2821 South Tampa MacDill Ave., Tampa, FL location. Thank you to the 22 people who came together to paint, ‘Starry Nights in Tampa’. Through Painting with a Twist’s Painting with a Purpose program, this successful evening raised $500 for Fulfill Your Destiny! This money was used to help a local woman who recently suffered a stroke. It will assist her in paying for costs not covered by her insurance such as additional speech therapy sessions.
The evening included a Raffle Drawing for a Lunch for Two donated by The Centre Club, a $25 Gift Certificate donated by Byblos Cafe and two $10 Gift Certificates donated by Beef O’ Brady’s. This drawing raised another $125 for Fulfill Your Destiny! These dollars, when combined with the generosity of others will be used to help people in our greater Tampa Bay area. Fulfill Your Destiny thanks these businesses for their generous donations.
